Shipping

 

SHIPPING NOTICE: USPS has reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing them shipping delays/errors, and tracking inaccuracies.

 

INTERNATIONAL: If you select USPS Priority Mail at checkout you may be required to pay duties & taxes from your local mail carrier. Your tracking number may stop working once your order leaves the United States. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, lost or stolen packages.  

 

Shipping Processing

Same-day processing on most orders, but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation.

 

Shipping Policy

If an item is physically out of stock when picking your order in the warehouse, we will fulfill what is currently available and short ship. Shipping charges will not be partially refunded.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, taxes, duties, or back in charges, once the package has exited our warehouse. If your package is lost or stolen in transit you will need to make a claim with the carrier you selected when checking out.

 

Return To Sender

If your package does not successfully deliver your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information and the carrier is unable to deliver your package.

Returned to sender packages will be automatically restocked. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $5 restocking fee on each order returned. We are unable to replace or reship. Please place a new order using the corrected address.
